What format are the photos in? All of the photos from Lifestox are in a JPEG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos once they have been screened. For our most recent submissions, please check out our "Newest Photos" section.
Can I submit photos to sell? Absolutely! We are always looking for new photos and our commission structure is generous. Currently, the images on our site are those which have been uploaded and approved by the Lifestox team. If you are interested in becoming one of our featured photographers, please sign up in our Photographer's section and submit samples to us for consideration.
Do you offer refunds? Once your product is downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
Does Lifestox place any restrictions on the photographs that I download?
Yes. While we offer great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution or reselling of our photos, nor do we allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Any objectionable material will be deleted immediately and the photographer will be banned from future uploads.
I bought a photograph, but I am not able to download it.
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase and you are not able to download your photo(s), we ask that you contact Lifestox by sending a support request.
